You will be required to maintain regular contact with customers via email to ensure that queries are solved in a reasonable time frame. This means that you will continuously be problem-solving in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Training will also be provided upon job acceptance, you will work directly with our Customer Success Manager in the Digital Team.
