Job Title: Customer Services Representative

Responsible To: Customer Success Manager – Chelsea Peers NYC

Job purpose

You will be required to maintain regular contact with customers via email to ensure that queries are solved in a reasonable time frame. This means that you will continuously be problem-solving in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Training will also be provided upon job acceptance, you will work directly with our Customer Success Manager in the Digital Team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Firstly you’ll get full training on our systems, how we work, and how we communicate with our customers
  • You’ll act as the first point of contact for any general enquiries from customers, over the phone, email or direct message.
  • You will be responsible for solving customer’s problems, providing a great experience at each step of the journey
  • You’ll be reporting trends or and pain points to be fixed - we like to work fast and your direct experience with our customers will be incredibly valuable

  • A minimum of grade 6/B in English GCSE
  • Previous experience with customer service
  • Computing device e.g., own laptop
